There are various information sources around us, but undoubtedly books are on the top of the list. Books are a collection of information in facts or stories pertaining to any topic or subject of interest. Books have been around since 2400 BC and have become one of the most prominent knowledge sources in the current times. Our ancestors had started with writing on papyrus, and then came parchment and paper. Nowadays, electronic books, popularly known as e-books, have become a major favourite. They are more affordable and accessible than printed books. People love exploring the fantasy world that they find inside the pages of their books. They help to refresh our minds and keep us mentally fit and active. They enrich our minds, broaden our horizons, and increase our thinking capacity. Books provide us with data on what happened during ancient times. Books documenting various periods are a reason why civilization has grown so much. The impact that books have on our lives is profuse. However, the number of people who actively read books is decreasing. It is partially due to technological advancement and partly due to busy schedules. Nevertheless, people must get into their reading habit again, even if it is one page a day. If not, there will be no development, character, or otherwise, and people will be stuck in the same whirlpool of stress, anxiety, and boredom.

Books are the primary source of information around us which initially meant writing on papyrus and nowadays it is the electronic books that are the favorite of the majority of readers, however the number of active readers in the world is decreasing.
